Bethany Convenient Care Clinic offers access to health services for certain conditions during the evening and on Saturdays when most traditional primary care clinics are closed. Appointments aren’t required.

North Harrison Medical Clinic is dedicated to improving access to primary health care for the residents of rural communities, including individuals with limited English proficiency. The Clinic provides the following services: preventative health care, evaluation and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, men’s and women’s wellness checks, on-site lab services, and school physicals.

North Central Missouri Mental Health Center provides: psychiatric and medication services, children and youth services, adult community psychiatric services, counseling services, parenting classes, anger management, and other classes as requested. Fees may be determined by the ability to pay via a sliding fee scale that’s provided on their website.
UCP’s Children’s Program provides services specifically designed to promote the development and learning of children with special needs from birth to five years of age. Services are provided where the child and family naturally spend time, such as in family’s home, at the place where the child receives child care services, and other locations in the community. Integrated preschool and outpatient therapies are also provided at UCP.

Bethany Public Library is dedicated to building and maintaining a collection of Library materials in a variety of formats that will meet the education, information, recreation needs of the community while assisting individuals to access the materials.
First Steps offers coordinated services and assistance to young children with special needs and their families. It is designed for birth to age 3, who have delayed development or diagnosed conditions that are associated with developmental disabilities.

The Development Board provides a number of different programs to help individuals be successful. These programs include an adult program, a youth program, and a dislocated worker program. These programs assess the different needs for each type of individual and provide the correct resources for each individual to be successful.
Second Harvest Community Food Bank is dedicated to feeding the hungry of Northwest Missouri through direct service programs. This organization provides different types of nutrition to families and offers many different types of programs.
USDA Rural Development offers loans, grants, and loan guarantees to help create jobs and support economic development and essential services such as: housing, health care, first responder services and equipment, and water, electric, and communications.

Voices of Courage is a child advocacy center that serves the northwest portion of the state. The Advocacy Center provides a child friendly environment or conduct one, research-based, forensic interview that all agencies in an investigation can use to investigate and prosecute. This is to save the child from having to provide traumatic details in multiple difference interviews.
