The Children’s Division is responsible for the administration of child welfare services. They work in partnerships with families, communities, the courts and other governmental entities toward ensuring the safety, permanency, and well-being of Missouri children.
Audrain County Child Support Enforcement does the following: establish paternity, establish, modify, and enforce orders for child support and health insurance, and criminal prosecution of non-custodial parents who fail to provide support.
